Trane's residential air handlers — the indoor component of split-system heating and cooling. Three current series: Hyperion 5TAMX (new 2025, R-454B ready, 14 patents, variable-speed, pairs with TruComfort outdoor units), TruComfort Variable Speed (replaces M-Series TEM8, communicating, direct furnace wiring), and M-Series (legacy, cost-effective, still sold). All feature ECM variable-speed blowers (premium), communicating thermostat compatibility, and flexible installation. Paired with Trane AC, heat pump, or furnace.
